About My Practice
Where I can take you...
I am an internationally certified Yoga Teacher and fully certified with the World Yoga Alliance in Hatha / Vinyasa Flow / Yin Yoga and use all these aspects specialising in sports and injury prevention/rehabilitation. The foundation of my practice combines the physical aspect for a strong conditioned inner promotion of well being, strength and mindfulness. By integrating body, breath, movement, I strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects. I offer one to one, private and group sessions which will be individually tailored to you or your groups needs.

Practice With Me
Practice with me. Your private or group sessions will be tailored to your requirements and based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. Yoga Philosophy with Big Red Yoga attempts to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and improvement movement. This is ultimately useful for you who participate in competitive sport.
Flow of Movement
Among its benefits, Masterclass Workshop delves deep into each pose and posture. These masterclasses help improve many aspects of movement by not only strengthening, but lengthening the muscles. Those who have tried Masterclass Workshops demonstrate an enhanced ability. Through the education of the basic postures and movements, this helps with bringing you into the present moment with your breath and regain a strong focus.
